What is a Helper?

A Helper is someone who shows up in 15 minutes or less to tackle everyday tasks. After all, we all need a hand sometimes, and waiting isn’t an option.

How do I become a Helper?

Download Thyim Helper app, create an account, complete the background check and payment portal, then turn on the "Ready to Help" button! You’re also welcome to join one of our Helper Onboarding Meetings, where we’ll share helpful information to set you up for success with Thyim.

Does it cost to become a Helper?

Becoming a Helper is free – no hidden fees, no surprise charges! Just know that some services might need a few tools.

Can I delete my Thyim account?

Helpers and Pins can delete their accounts in THYIM or THYIM Helper App under “Profile” > “Delete My Account.” You can also give us a call at 833-849-4615 for further assistance. Please note this is a permanent action and will require signing up again in the future.

How do I request a refund?

Pins have one hour after the service is completed to request a refund by emailing us at hapi@thyim.com, and we’re here to help if something doesn’t go according to plan! If the Helper didn’t finish the job or wasn’t able to assist as expected, just let us know. If possible, we recommend documenting the issue with pictures, as it helps us resolve things quickly. Once we have the details, we’ll work to make it right for you!
